Warranty & Return Policy
All golf balls are used unless otherwise noted and do not adhere to the original manufactures warranty or guarantee. All products sold are covered under our 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with items in your purchase, Items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to certain restrictions listed below. All product returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by us. Contact us at (800) 380-7470 to recieve an RMA and shipping instructions. The RMA is valid for 15 days from the date of issuance. Defective items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to the following restrictions:

1.All products must be returned in original condition.

2.All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.

3.Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and all non product related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable. Unless otherwise noted, warranty terms apply only to merchandise shipped to the United States, Canada or Mexico. Merchandise forwarded to other international locations may not be covered under the warranty.
